Nani Mackay is a dedicated nursing leader with over 13 years of experience specializing in geriatric and dementia care. Her career spans acute care, long-term care, and community-based healthcare settings, with a strong focus on improving quality of life and supporting healthy aging through compassionate, person-centered care.
She has also opened and managed two memory care communities in Bothell, leading teams in delivering high-quality support for residents experiencing cognitive decline. In addition to her clinical leadership, Nani serves as a proctor for HCA students and a skills instructor for CNA training, where she mentors the next generation of caregivers with a focus on confidence, compassion, and dignity-centered care.
