Tony Jaros brings over 14 years of experience in law enforcement, where he built a career rooted in integrity, crisis management, and protecting the well-being of others. His background taught him the importance of trust, calm leadership, and showing up for people during life's most vulnerable moments. Those same values continue to guide the way he supports families and caregivers at Veritas In-Home Care.
Alongside his years in public service, Tony also spent nearly a decade farming and ranching — an experience that shaped his grounded, hardworking, and practical approach to life. The discipline, resilience, and responsibility learned through both law enforcement and agriculture continue to influence the way he leads and advocates for the individuals and families Veritas serves.
