Angie Stankovic brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience in business development, operations, finance, and organizational growth. Throughout her career, she has built strategic partnerships, led multidisciplinary teams, implemented business and CRM systems, strengthened stakeholder networks, and transformed emerging opportunities into sustainable services and programs.
Her transition into the care sector has given her firsthand experience supporting older adults and individuals living with dementia, mental-health conditions, COPD, mobility limitations, and other complex care needs, including clients receiving hospice care. This practical experience allows her to understand care from the perspectives of the client, the family, and the caregiver. She recognizes that dependable in-home care is not only about completing daily tasks but more about preserving dignity, providing comfort, maintaining independence, and giving families confidence that their loved one is genuinely supported.
She is also a Washington State Home Care Aide and holds an Adult Family Home Administrator certification.
